تُقدّم هذه السياسة وصفاً شاملاً لكيفية قيام شركة Mowtar AI Technologies LLC ("نحن" أو "الشركة") بجمع بياناتك الشخصية ومعالجتها وتخزينها وحمايتها عند استخدامك لتطبيق Mowtar AI وجهاز OBD2 المرتبط به ("الخدمة").
باستخدامك للخدمة، فأنت توافق على الممارسات الموضحة في هذه السياسة. إن كنت لا توافق على أي جزء منها، يرجى التوقف عن استخدام الخدمة.
نحن ملتزمون بحماية بياناتك وفق أحكام قانون حماية البيانات الشخصية العُماني والأنظمة الدولية ذات الصلة. بياناتك لك — ولن نبيعها أو نشاركها مع أطراف ثالثة لأغراض تسويقية.
02 البيانات التي نجمعها
نجمع فئات مختلفة من البيانات لتقديم خدماتنا بالشكل الأمثل:

نجمع البيانات عبر ثلاثة مصادر رئيسية: جهاز OBD2 المتصل بسيارتك، استخدامك للتطبيق، والمعلومات التي تُدخلها أنت يدوياً.
03 كيف نستخدم بياناتك
نستخدم بياناتك حصراً للأغراض التالية:
- تشغيل خدمة المساعد الذكي وتقديم التشخيصات والتنبيهات في الوقت الفعلي
- تحليل أداء سيارتك والتنبؤ بالأعطال المحتملة قبل وقوعها
- تطوير وتدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي لتحسين دقة التشخيص (باستخدام بيانات مجهولة الهوية)
- إرسال تنبيهات الحوادث لجهات الطوارئ التي حددتها (برضاك الصريح)
- تقديم دعم العملاء والرد على استفساراتك
- إرسال إشعارات المنتج والتحديثات المهمة
- الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية
لن نستخدم بياناتك لأي غرض آخر دون الحصول على موافقتك المسبقة والصريحة.
04 مشاركة البيانات
نحن لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية لأي طرف ثالث. قد نشارك بيانات محدودة في الحالات التالية فقط:
- مزودو الخدمات: شركاء تقنيون موثوقون (استضافة، تحليلات) يعملون بموجب عقود تحمي بياناتك
- الكراجات المعتمدة: بموافقتك الصريحة فقط لتسهيل جدولة الصيانة
- جهات الطوارئ: عند اكتشاف حادث وإذا كانت هذه الميزة مفعّلة من قِبلك
- المتطلبات القانونية: استجابةً لأوامر قضائية أو متطلبات تنظيمية رسمية
جميع شركائنا ملزمون باتفاقيات سرية صارمة ومحظور عليهم استخدام بياناتك لأي غرض خارج نطاق تقديم الخدمة.
05 الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك للمدة اللازمة لتقديم الخدمة وفق الجدول التالي:
- بيانات السيارة الحية: تُرسل للمعالجة فوراً ولا تُخزَّن محلياً أكثر من 72 ساعة
- سجل التشخيصات: 24 شهراً من آخر استخدام نشط
- بيانات الحساب: طوال فترة اشتراكك + 90 يوماً بعد الإلغاء
- سجلات الشات مع الـ AI: 12 شهراً قابلة للحذف منك في أي وقت
- بيانات الفوترة: 7 سنوات وفق متطلبات المحاسبة العُمانية
عند انتهاء فترة الاحتفاظ، يتم حذف بياناتك أو جعلها مجهولة الهوية بشكل آمن وكامل.
06 أمان البيانات
نُطبّق طبقات متعددة من الحماية الأمنية لبياناتك:
- تشفير كامل للبيانات أثناء النقل باستخدام TLS 1.3 وأثناء التخزين بـ AES-256
- مصادقة ثنائية متاحة لجميع الحسابات
- مراجعات أمنية دورية واختبارات الاختراق من جهات خارجية معتمدة
- الوصول المحدود للبيانات على أساس مبدأ الحاجة للمعرفة فقط
- مراقبة مستمرة للشبكة والتنبيه الفوري لأي نشاط مشبوه
في حال وقوع أي خرق أمني يؤثر على بياناتك، سنُخطرك خلال 72 ساعة من اكتشافه وفق الإجراءات القانونية المعمول بها.
07 حقوقك
تتمتع بالحقوق الكاملة التالية فيما يتعلق ببياناتك الشخصية:
- حق الاطلاع: طلب نسخة كاملة من بياناتك المُخزَّنة لدينا في أي وقت
- حق التصحيح: تعديل أي بيانات غير دقيقة أو غير مكتملة
- حق الحذف: طلب حذف بياناتك ("الحق في النسيان") مع بعض الاستثناءات القانونية
- حق الاعتراض: الاعتراض على معالجة بياناتك لأغراض معينة
- حق النقل: الحصول على بياناتك بتنسيق منظم قابل للقراءة الآلية
- حق سحب الموافقة: سحب موافقتك على معالجة بياناتك في أي وقت

08 ملفات تعريف الارتباط
نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies) لتحسين تجربتك:
- ملفات ضرورية: لإدارة جلسة تسجيل دخولك (لا يمكن تعطيلها)
- ملفات الأداء: لتحليل استخدام التطبيق وتحسين الأداء (يمكن إيقافها)
- ملفات التفضيلات: لحفظ إعداداتك كاللغة والثيم (يمكن إيقافها)
يمكنك إدارة إعدادات ملفات تعريف الارتباط من إعدادات متصفحك. تعطيل الملفات الضرورية قد يؤثر على عمل الخدمة.
09 التعديلات على هذه السياسة
قد نُحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر لتعكس التغييرات في ممارساتنا أو المتطلبات القانونية. عند إجراء تغييرات جوهرية سنُخطرك عبر:
- إشعار واضح داخل التطبيق قبل 30 يوماً من دخول التغييرات حيز التنفيذ
- بريد إلكتروني إلى عنوانك المُسجَّل
- تحديث تاريخ "آخر تحديث" في أعلى هذه الصفحة
استمرارك في استخدام الخدمة بعد إخطارك يُعدّ قبولاً للسياسة المحدَّثة.

01 Introduction
This Privacy Policy describes how Mowtar AI Technologies LLC ("we", "us", or "the Company") collects, processes, stores, and protects your personal data when you use the Mowtar AI application and its associated OBD2 device (the "Service").
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree with any part of it, please stop using the Service.
We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with Oman's Personal Data Protection Law and relevant international regulations. Your data belongs to you — we will never sell it or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.
02 Data We Collect
We collect different categories of data to provide our services optimally:

We collect data through three main sources: your OBD2 device connected to your car, your use of the app, and information you enter manually.

We use your data exclusively for the following purposes:
- Operating the AI assistant service and providing real-time diagnostics and alerts
- Analyzing your car's performance and predicting potential faults before they occur
- Developing and training AI models to improve diagnostic accuracy (using anonymized data)
- Sending crash alerts to your designated emergency contacts (with your explicit consent)
- Providing customer support and responding to your inquiries
- Sending product notifications and important updates
- Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
We will not use your data for any other purpose without obtaining your prior and explicit consent.
04 Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We may share limited data only in the following cases:
- Service Providers: Trusted technology partners (hosting, analytics) who operate under contracts protecting your data
- Certified Garages: Only with your explicit consent to facilitate maintenance scheduling
- Emergency Services: When a crash is detected and if this feature is enabled by you
- Legal Requirements: In response to official court orders or regulatory requirements
All our partners are bound by strict confidentiality agreements and are prohibited from using your data for any purpose beyond providing the service.
05 Data Retention
We retain your data for the period necessary to provide the service as follows:
- Live vehicle data: Sent for immediate processing and not stored locally for more than 72 hours
- Diagnostics history: 24 months from last active use
- Account data: Throughout your subscription + 90 days after cancellation
- AI chat logs: 12 months, deletable by you at any time
- Billing data: 7 years per Oman accounting requirements
When the retention period ends, your data is securely and completely deleted or anonymized.
06 Data Security
We apply multiple layers of security protection for your data:
- Full encryption of data in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256
- Two-factor authentication available for all accounts
- Regular security reviews and penetration testing by certified third parties
- Limited data access on a need-to-know basis
- Continuous network monitoring and immediate alerts for suspicious activity
In the event of any security breach affecting your data, we will notify you within 72 hours of discovery in accordance with applicable legal procedures.
07 Your Rights
You have the following full rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access: Request a complete copy of your stored data at any time
- Right to rectification: Correct any inaccurate or incomplete data
- Right to erasure: Request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten") with some legal exceptions
- Right to object: Object to the processing of your data for certain purposes
- Right to portability: Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
- Right to withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. For material changes we will notify you via:
- A clear notice within the app 30 days before changes take effect
- An email to your registered address
- Updating the "last updated" date at the top of this page
Your continued use of the Service after being notified constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
