01 قبول الشروط
مرحباً بك في Mowtar AI. باستخدامك لهذا التطبيق وجهاز OBD2 المرتبط به، فأنت توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط وأي سياسات مرتبطة بها بما فيها سياسة الخصوصية.
إذا كنت تستخدم الخدمة باسم شركة أو مؤسسة، فأنت تُقرّ بأن لديك الصلاحية القانونية لإلزام تلك الجهة بهذه الشروط.
يُرجى قراءة هذه الشروط بعناية. استمرارك في استخدام Mowtar AI يعني قبولك الكامل لها. إن كنت لا توافق، يرجى إيقاف الاستخدام وإلغاء اشتراكك.
02 وصف الخدمة
تُقدّم Mowtar AI منظومة متكاملة تشمل:
- جهاز OBD2: جهاز مادي يتصل بمنفذ التشخيص في سيارتك ويقرأ بياناتها في الوقت الفعلي
- تطبيق الجوال: واجهة ذكية تعرض بيانات السيارة وتتيح التفاعل مع مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي
- مساعد الذكاء الاصطناعي: نظام محادثة ذكي يُحلّل بيانات سيارتك ويُقدّم توصيات مخصصة
- الخدمات الإضافية: قاعدة بيانات الرادارات، كشف الحوادث، وضع العائلة
نحتفظ بالحق في تعديل الخدمة أو تحديثها أو إضافة ميزات جديدة وفق تقديرنا، مع إخطارك بأي تغييرات جوهرية.
03 إنشاء الحساب ومتطلباته
لاستخدام الخدمة الكاملة يجب أن:
- تكون في السن القانوني المعمول به في دولتك (لا يقل عن 18 عاماً في سلطنة عُمان)
- تُقدّم معلومات صحيحة ودقيقة عند التسجيل وتحافظ على تحديثها
- تحتفظ بسرية بيانات دخولك (اسم المستخدم وكلمة المرور)
- تُخطرنا فوراً عند الاشتباه في أي استخدام غير مصرّح به لحسابك
أنت المسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تجري عبر حسابك. الحساب شخصي وغير قابل للتحويل.
04 الاشتراك والدفع
تعمل الخدمة وفق نموذج اشتراك شهري بالإضافة لشراء الجهاز:
- الجهاز: رسوم لمرة واحدة بسعر 15 ر.ع، يُشحن داخل سلطنة عُمان فقط
- الباقة الأساسية: 2 ر.ع شهرياً، يُجدَّد تلقائياً
- الباقة المتقدمة: 4 ر.ع شهرياً، يُجدَّد تلقائياً
يمكنك إلغاء اشتراكك في أي وقت من إعدادات حسابك. يسري الإلغاء في نهاية دورة الفوترة الحالية وستظل تتمتع بالخدمة حتى ذلك التاريخ.
⚠️ سياسة الاسترداد: لا يحق استرداد رسوم الجهاز بعد شحنه. رسوم الاشتراك الشهري غير قابلة للاسترداد بعد بدء الدورة، باستثناء حالات العطل التقني الموثّق.
05 الاستخدام المقبول
يُحظر عليك استخدام Mowtar AI في أي مما يلي:
- أي نشاط مخالف للقانون العُماني أو قوانين الدولة التي تقودها
- التلاعب ببيانات السيارة أو الإبلاغ عن بيانات مزوّرة
- محاولة اختراق أنظمتنا أو الوصول غير المصرّح به إلى بيانات مستخدمين آخرين
- إعادة بيع الخدمة أو تأجيرها دون إذن كتابي مسبق منّا
- نشر محتوى مسيء أو ضار أو مخالف للقانون عبر منصتنا
- استخدام الخدمة بطريقة تُلحق ضرراً بالبنية التحتية للشبكة
مخالفة أي من هذه البنود قد تؤدي إلى إيقاف حسابك فوراً ودون إنذار مسبق.
06 حدود المسؤولية والإخلاء
Mowtar AI أداة مساعِدة وليست بديلاً عن الصيانة المتخصصة أو قرارات الكراج. يجب مراجعة متخصصي السيارات لأي صيانة أو إصلاح.
⚠️ لا تتحمل Mowtar AI Technologies LLC أي مسؤولية عن أضرار تنشأ عن الاعتماد الكلي على توصيات التطبيق دون مراجعة متخصص معتمد.
- لا نضمن انعدام الأخطاء في التشخيصات أو التنبيهات بشكل مطلق
- لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأضرار غير المباشرة أو العرضية أو التبعية
- مسؤوليتنا المحدودة لا تتجاوز مجموع ما دفعته خلال آخر 3 أشهر
- لا نضمن توافر الخدمة بنسبة 100% وقد تحدث انقطاعات مؤقتة للصيانة
07 الملكية الفكرية
جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية المتعلقة بـ Mowtar AI محفوظة لشركة Mowtar AI Technologies LLC، بما في ذلك:
- الكود المصدري، الخوارزميات، ونماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي
- العلامة التجارية، الشعار، وجميع المواد التسويقية
- قواعد البيانات، الخرائط، وبيانات الرادارات
- التصميم والواجهات والتجربة البصرية للتطبيق
نمنحك رخصة محدودة وشخصية وغير قابلة للنقل لاستخدام الخدمة وفق هذه الشروط. أي استخدام تجاري أو إعادة استخدام للمحتوى يستلزم إذناً كتابياً صريحاً.
08 إنهاء الخدمة
يمكنك إنهاء حسابك في أي وقت من إعدادات التطبيق. عند الإنهاء:
- تُحذف بياناتك الشخصية خلال 90 يوماً وفق سياسة الخصوصية
- تنتهي رخصة استخدامك للخدمة فوراً
- تبقى التزاماتك المالية المستحقة سارية
نحتفظ بالحق في إنهاء أو تعليق حسابك دون إشعار مسبق في حالات انتهاك هذه الشروط أو اشتباه الاستخدام الاحتيالي.
09 القانون المنطبق وتسوية النزاعات
تخضع هذه الشروط وتُفسَّر وفق قوانين سلطنة عُمان. أي نزاع ينشأ عن هذه الشروط أو يتعلق بالخدمة يُسوَّى عبر:
- المرحلة الأولى: التفاوض الودي مع فريق دعم العملاء خلال 30 يوماً
- المرحلة الثانية: التحكيم أمام مركز تسوية النزاعات التجارية في سلطنة عُمان
- المرحلة الثالثة: المحاكم المختصة في سلطنة عُمان
لغة الإجراءات القانونية هي العربية والإنجليزية معاً. جميع الإشعارات القانونية توجَّه إلى عنواننا الرسمي في صحار.

01 Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Mowtar AI. By using this application and its associated OBD2 device, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any related policies including our Privacy Policy.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Please read these Terms carefully. Continuing to use Mowtar AI means you fully accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service and cancel your subscription.
02 Service Description
Mowtar AI provides an integrated system comprising:
- OBD2 Device: A physical device that connects to your car's diagnostic port and reads its data in real time
- Mobile App: A smart interface displaying vehicle data and enabling interaction with the AI assistant
- AI Assistant: An intelligent conversation system that analyzes your vehicle data and provides personalized recommendations
- Additional Services: Radar database, crash detection, family mode
We reserve the right to modify, update, or add new features to the Service at our discretion, with prior notification of any material changes.
03 Account Creation & Requirements
To use the full service you must:
- Be of legal age in your country (minimum 18 years in the Sultanate of Oman)
- Provide accurate and truthful information upon registration and keep it updated
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
- Notify us immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for all activities that occur through your account. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.
04 Subscription & Payment
The service operates on a monthly subscription model plus device purchase:
- Device: One-time fee of 15 OMR, shipped within Oman only
- Basic Plan: 2 OMR/month, auto-renewed
- Pro Plan: 4 OMR/month, auto-renewed
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
⚠️ Refund Policy: Device fees are non-refundable once shipped. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable after the cycle begins, except in documented technical failure cases.
05 Acceptable Use
You are prohibited from using Mowtar AI for any of the following:
- Any activity violating Omani law or the laws of the country where you are driving
- Manipulating vehicle data or reporting falsified data
- Attempting to hack our systems or gain unauthorized access to other users' data
- Reselling or renting the service without prior written permission from us
- Publishing offensive, harmful, or unlawful content through our platform
- Using the service in a way that damages network infrastructure
Violating any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
06 Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
Mowtar AI is a supporting tool and not a substitute for specialized maintenance or garage decisions. Always consult certified automotive professionals for any maintenance or repairs.
⚠️ Mowtar AI Technologies LLC bears no responsibility for damages arising from sole reliance on app recommendations without consulting a certified specialist.
- We do not guarantee absolute error-free diagnostics or alerts
- We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our limited liability does not exceed the total you paid in the last 3 months
- We do not guarantee 100% service availability; temporary maintenance outages may occur
07 Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights related to Mowtar AI are reserved to Mowtar AI Technologies LLC, including:
- Source code, algorithms, and AI models
- Trademark, logo, and all marketing materials
- Databases, maps, and radar data
- App design, interfaces, and visual experience
We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the service under these Terms. Any commercial use or reuse of content requires explicit written permission.
08 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time from the app settings. Upon termination:
- Your personal data will be deleted within 90 days per our Privacy Policy
- Your license to use the service terminates immediately
- Outstanding financial obligations remain valid
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account without prior notice in cases of Terms violation or suspected fraudulent use.
09 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Sultanate of Oman. Any dispute arising from these Terms or related to the Service shall be resolved through:
- First stage: Amicable negotiation with our customer support team within 30 days
- Second stage: Arbitration before the Commercial Dispute Resolution Centre in the Sultanate of Oman
- Third stage: Competent courts in the Sultanate of Oman
The language of legal proceedings is both Arabic and English. All legal notices are addressed to our registered address in Sohar.
